General Manager (GM) responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to lead our team at Daylight Donuts. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the donut shop, managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, Baristas, and Bakers, and ensuring the success of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and be able to lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives, Baristas, and Bakers

• Oversee the daily operations of the donut shop, including preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Train new employees and ensure that all employees are following the company's policies and procedures

• Conduct Employee Performance evaluations to document and assess training needs and outstanding performances

• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

• Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines and procedures are being followed

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of the business

• Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry, including management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing long hours and lifting on occasion

• Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and cash handling

• Reliable and punctual

• Flexibility to work early morning hours and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a donut or pastry shop is preferred but not required.
